Menghindari kafein sebelum wawancara pekerjaan adalah kunci besar untuk terlihat dan merasa santai. Tubuh Anda akan memompa adrenalin selama wawancara, sehingga Anda akan tegang dan gelisah. Kopi dikhawatirkan akan memacu degup jantung menjadi lebih cepat, dan makin membuat Anda tampak gelisah.

Dua jam sebelumnya: Pergi ke kamar mandi

Ya, Anda perlu mengosongkan kandung kemih, membersihkan badan, dan ups...jangan sampai ketombe berhamburan di bahu Anda.

Saat wawancara: jadilah diri Anda

Duduk dengan rapi, kaki lurus ke depan dan bersikaplah santai, jangan tegang. Simak setiap pertanyaan, dan jawablah dengan lugas. Jadilah diri Anda.
